  Left my car with a parking service while interstate and returned to find that one of their employees had reversed another customers car into mine. I was not a happy camper at all. Spoke to Kathy at Waterman's who offered to take care of everything for me. Dealt with the offending business's insurer, repaired my car perfectly and had me back on the road again in super quick time. Absolutely no stress involved for me at all. Truth be told Kathy may have prevented the breakout of a small scale war. Great work Kathy and the guys at Waterman's you are champions.

  The tag line reads- call us first. And I am glad I did. Kathy, who answers the phone, is pleasant, and so incredibly knowledgeable. And even though my car was a write off, she consoled me, and gave me advice on how to get the most money back on the person who rear-ended me, and what to do with my car afterwards.
  
  They are now restoring classic cars, with some fantastic results, I see.
